ATP COACH & SPORTS CONSULTANT

ATP coach Aubrey Barrett has provided professional tennis coaching to former British Davis Cup players like Alex Bogdanovic, Alan Mackin, Jamie Delgado, Irish No.1 Conor Niland and India’s
No. 1 Prajnesh Gunneswaran.

He established an inter-disciplinary Barrett International Tennis Academy at David Lloyd, Heston, UK, aided by former Wimbledon champion Pat Cash.  

Aubrey set up the first local authority Community Tennis Programme in the UK at Hammersmith &Fulham (H&F). It became a blueprint for local authorities for others to follow.

H&F success led to Aubrey being appointed as the first Tennis Development Officer for the Greater London Council.

He set up the Tennis Traineeship programme at Arsenal FC as part of the Sports Council’s ‘Football in the Community Programme’. This unique programme helped Arsenal win the ‘Best Football in the Community Programme Award’.

Recently, in India, Aubrey has been instrumental in promoting tennis, consulting and setting up sports and tennis academies, in Bangalore, Pune and Lucknow, in India.
